"To His Grace the Duke of Montague...is inscribed by His Grace's most devoted humble servant, Pariset. Publish'd by Pariset at Mr Aubin's, Great Windmill St, Hay Market."
Notes:
Pariset's print reproduces a painting by Dou then in the collection of the Duke of Montague, to whom the plate is dedicated. The print was sold from the house of a Mr Aubin in Great Windmill Street, London, close to where Dr William Hunter lived.
