Notes:
From William Hunter's original collection. Very fine. Almost certainly from Huelgoat. Formerly had attached Jacob Forster number "2/Yy" inidcating that this is "2. A most singular Specimen of black Lead-Ore with sixsided columnar Cristals of the same Ore, flat an [sic] both Ends, the inside of these cristals is partly shining Lead decomposing and coming to black and reddish Horn-Lead-Ore from a mine in Basse Bretagne 6 6s 0d" on the bill dated 12.12. 1780.
