Mackintosh has drawn the south wing of this row of 12 alms-houses built by the lord of the manor, Sir Baptist Hicks (1551-1629), in 1512. At top left Mackintosh has indicated the mouldings of the parapet and window head, and along the bottom from left to right, the window jamb, window mullion, string course and base mouldings.
