Poppett's is a 14th-century house with a 17th-century facade, situated on the lower High Street. This doorway, on the west side of the lower High Street, has a four-centred arch with a stone bracket supporting a canopy (top: left ,centre, and right). At centre Mackintosh has depicted the jamb moulding. He also made a study of the street facade of the house (53011/59).
