Tankerness House, Kirkwall, Orkney

The majority of the drawings are of Scottish subjects at Langside, Glasgow; Stirling; Baltersan Castle, Crossraguel Abbey and Maybole Castle in Ayrshire; Corrie, Arran; Ascog, Bute; and Kirkwall, Orkney. A few are dated 1894, 1895 and 1896. A later visit to Kent is also recorded with a drawing of Penshurst in 1910. There are also designs for ‘Miss Cranston’s' tea rooms in Buchanan Street, Glasgow, and for various pieces of furniture related to the Mackintoshes' flat at 120 Mains Street, Glasgow.
